Gringos in Sayville is the newest spot in town, and it’s already one of the best! The vibe is fun and welcoming, the food is fresh and flavorful, and the cocktails are absolutely top-notch. Every visit feels like a little celebration.

A big reason why is the bartenders/owners, Greg and Nikki. From the moment you walk in, they greet you with a warm smile and so much love—it immediately feels like home. Their energy sets the tone for the whole place, and you can tell they truly care about every guest who comes through the door.

And the food? Incredible. The Gringos Burrito is absolutely amazing—we used to do Chipotle every Friday, but now it’s Gringos all the way! Between the delicious food, incredible drinks, and genuine hospitality, Gringos has quickly become a Sayville favorite.

It's ok, I really wanted it to be awesome. It's worth checking out if you live in the area. I was very disappointed the other day. I ordered a Gringo salad, I had ordered it several times before for takeout because is was a great value at $15 and it comes with beef per the online menu. When I arrived yesterday to pick up the salad I was charged an extra $5 for beef. I told the girl it's always been $15. She told me her system didn't show that and it was and it's and extra $5. The steak burrito was flavorless and served room temperature. The Taco Tuesdays tacos were average. Very good margaritas. I want this place and the owners to succeed, but the lighting is “off” as is the vibe: the music volume is too low, and why does one of their two TVs playing surfing and aquarium visuals? The bartenders lack personalities. Something is wrong, and should be addressed and resolved. I want Gringos to succeed, but they need to get their act together. The homemade salsa is really not good, and the chips just as bad. And not worth $5.00 when most other places are better and don’t charge for this. Mediocre all...
