SAYville CHEESE — Local services in Town of Islip

I would like to just recognize Sayville Cheese for their excellent customer service and absolutely delicious charcuterie boards! My husband placed an order for a charcuterie board to be picked up Friday, however, when he went to pick it up, there was some confusion and the staff thought he was picking it up Saturday. They asked if he could come back in a couple hours and they would have it ready, and when he did, they included a free bottle of dipping oil for the inconvenience/mix up! We came across this place when going to new Sourdough Bread shop which happens to be right next door. The owner Christine is an amazing person and very friendly. Her shop gives vibes of a speak easy and very relaxing. She has a nice selection of cheeses and other items and also offers wine tastings and cheese tastings in her shop. Whenever we make a trip over to Sayville we always make a stop at Sayville Cheese. I love the elegant ambience of their new location. The owner is very sweet and pleasant and always recommends the most flavorful cheeses. Definitely will come back to support them.
