The worst customer service I’ve ever had. I go with a picture of the part and the part number to this place and he goes in the back and comes out with a different part and says well “this is all we have, if it’s not this then I don’t know what it is” , I clearly showed him a picture remember, and proceeded to charge me and even when I told him “ this isn’t the one I showed you “ he proceeded to say “ well then I don’t know what it is.” Then I finally get a chance to go back and return it and he’s like “ we don’t do returns , look at the big sign.” Never saw it before that, I never asked him about returns, my fault I’ll take the L on this one,but Screw this place , I’ll buy it online, so funny how everyone else that has gone thru this store has received excellent service, hope your business fails, BYE👋 Its ok Lesson learned Won’t...

I had a problem with my Whirlpool duet gas dryer. The dryer was giving off no heat at all. I went to a number of sights which lists up to ten possible causes. I choose the least expensive which was a thermal fuse and it didn't solve the problem. I looked up a number of suffolk county locations and this store was the only one with positive feedback. I called them and explained the problem and Kyle at the location said it was most likely the gas coils. I went to the store because he had them in stock. He explained the replacement procedure. The two coils and a duct cleaning tool cost me $50. you can see why there in business a long time. I would recommend this store...

I visited this store on June 15th 2016...I thought I needed a part for my fridge! I was going to troubleshoot it myself!! Of course I wasn't sure it was going to work,so instead of selling me a part that I probably didn't need, the 3 gentlemen that I was speaking with, one in particular whose name is Pat said he would stop by my house and check it out for me! As it turned out I was wrong all it needed was a little more freeon! He fixed it for me right away! They were all very friendly and helpful!! I couldn't be happier! I highly recommend Suffolk...
