Beware of attitude upon delivery, I purchased my new appliances fridge,oven,dishwasher and microwave. The sales process was great which is expected when you buying things . You are told everything you want to hear including your concerns, upon purchase I asked about delivery as I just had new rugs put in throughout the house and didn’t not want workers trucking through with boots. I was assured that they wear booties when they arrive in concern for home owners. When our delivery guys arrived Ron and Matt , Ron entered the house walking in without slips over his shoes my husband told him to get off the rug with his boots . Ron snapped and stated he didn’t need to take his shoes off . That’s not what my husband asked but stated they were new rugs and didn’t want mud or snow tracking all over . Ron started to raise his voice and yell as he stated this was not his problem , of course my husband could not get a word in to advised him of what we were told by the sales people . After we explained to him our concern and what we were told his response again was he didn’t care he can cancel the delivery. The rudeness and disrespect he had towards my husband to a situation that he didn’t even have the curiosity to understand was extremely frustrating. He continued to mumble outside with the other gentleman Matt outside about my husband. We finally resolve the situation and had our appliances put in . Matt was extremely respectful and nice . I am appalled by the customer service we received from Ron. It will make me re think about purchasing appliances from Orville’s again. Our purchase was not small. And to yell and threaten a customer after they were told one thing is shameful for the company . I hope that this doesn’t happen to another person . Read moreI would leave negative stars if I could. DO NOT SHOP HERE. I purchased a full kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher) AND a washer and dryer. I bought frigidaire gallery appliances for the kitchen and whirlpool laundry appliances. It was not cheap. Thank god I purchased the 5 year warranty not that it has done a ton of good. I have had a problem with EVERY piece I bought. The fridge started freezing all the food towards the back within the first year. Under warranty it was diagnosed and fixed several times (5+) with the same thermostat problem. It was never actually fixed. They wont replace the fridge, just tell me to keep having it repaired for the same problem, which has never resulted in an actual fix. So half of it freezes and ruins things. Orvilles decided to let me know a few months past the manufacturers one year warranty that had i contacted Frigidaire before the year was up, they would have replaced it. After Orvilles was aware of the problem 3 times already. The microwave shorted out after a couple months of use, plastic wasnt even off the buttons yet. No warranty on that unfortunately. Tried to replace with recommended fuse 3 times. Power returns but dies as soon as you try to use it. Had a dryer problem as well, luckily that was just the switch that was actually covered by my warranty. Dishwasher screwed up at one point too but that wasnt under warranty either. Today, the oven portion of the stove went. No reason, just wont heat up. Now, you cant even contact someone from service at the store like in the past (then a repair company would contact me). They told my husband he had to go online and fill out a form to even get the process started. BIGGEST WASTE OF MONEY FOR GARBAGE APPLIANCES AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Read moreDo NOT RECOMMEND Orvilles. Use another store for your appliance purchases. These people are uncooperative, will not do anything to help out the customer. Purchased over 6 appliances - spent a ton of money with them - and in the end, it shows they could care less. We paid for the installation of the washer and dryer, and they left the dryer not vented and also left the dryer door hinged on the wrong side. The delivery guys left without mentioning/asking us about the door. With all of the chaos, it slipped my mind to ask. Spoke on the phone after to the supposed "manager" Dylan/Dillon - clearly managing nothing - he was extremely unfriendly, uncooperative and would not send someone out to fix the dryer door (to open on the correct side) unless we paid another $149.00 for a service call! After the thousands and thousands of dollars we spent, they left a job unfinished (had to hire a separate company to finish the dryer installation for another $350 out of our pocket) and Orville would not send their guy out to please a customer who got the short end of the stick...they do NOT CARE about their customers. They are foolish. We will NEVER purchase anything from them in the future. Would not recommend them to anyone, greedy for the sale, and thereafter no customer loyalty, they would rather lose a long-term customer than comp a job that they dropped the ball on.
