It's okay. The store is clean-cut and professional but be aware that this is not the corporate Verizon retailer, it's an independent authorized dealer so exact corporate services and promotions may not always be offered, but they do have their own competive promotions and deals. Also, if your looking to test out a phone, not going to happen here, the display models are plastic replicas of the real deal (except for the Apple makes). Wait time: I suggest you block an hour to an hour and a half of your time if your looking to upgrade or become a new customer (online would be more efficient) due to paper work. A suggestion, brief yourself on the type of phone and plan your looking to purchase before you go, the knowledge the staff holds is not always on par and would help if you have somewhat an idea on what your exactly looking for.
All-in-all, the customer service meets expectations but anything beyond depends on the flow of business; if it's busy, expect minimal, if it's slow, then your golden.

My opinion has gone from a 5 star to a 1 star....I'd have done zero stars if that were a choice.
I bought a new Galaxy 24 from a Verizon phone rep. My 21 had aged out.
As I'm a technical fool, I took my new phone to my ,then, favorite V store.
After Josh had berated me for "not purchasing at his store and keeping the money local", I asked if he would please transfer my service, etc from the old to the new.
As I had to send the old in for the rebates, I asked him about a factory reset. When he had finished transferring everything from the old to the new, he handed me the old and told me which choices to select to remove "me".
I did.
I paid him for my screen saver purchase and left the store.
An hour or so later, I was going to send a text to my daughter...you cannot imagine my fury when I found all my text messages had vanished.
Then I noticed my banking apps, credit card etc were also gone.
Seven days later, I've discovered my camera file of pictures has also disappeared.

A few months later I purchased a iPad from them for my retail store. I thought it cost $360. What I didn’t know is that they set up another phone number and insurance on the unit which I didn’t need or buy. But I signed the contract. 5 years later I cancelled the contract because I sold my business and was then charged $56.56 after cancelling. I called Verizon 6 times and was bounced around. The only csr willing to help and define the problem was the 5th one who just kept telling me I had a huge credit and he was not authorized to approve it. Verizon promised me resolution in 48 hours. It’s now been 5 days so I went into team electronics. After dodging any accountability for this mess (they set it up in the first place) and after verifying there was never any activity on the bogus number they set up they more or less told me I signed it and there would be no refund.
