Albert is an exceptionally skilled and knowledgeable massage therapist. He has a warm and welcoming demeanor that puts me at ease. Throughout every session, he has demonstrated a deep understanding of body anatomy/mechanics, and applies massage techniques effectively addressing my specific concerns and areas of pain and tension - I’ve been diagnosed with cervical radiculitis, sciatica and systemic inflammation.

He answers questions readily and explains what he is doing during the massage. I’ve had about six sessions with Albert. Our communication has allowed him to tailor each session to my specific needs ensuring a truly therapeutic experience. I always leave every session feeling completely relaxed and refreshed, with a noticeable improvement in my muscle tightness and overall well-being.

AL Let me thank you for helping me through this difficult and painful era. Everyone out there in google land… I experienced a car accident in Dec 2022. Since then, I haven’t been the same. Last week I googled massage-therapist/ spinal decompression/pressure point release. Then AL pops up. I proceeded with a session and landed on the right hands. My neck decompression was amazing. I heard a gentle pop that released all my tension, headache gone instantly. I also enjoy that bc it gave me more range of motion. His sessions are intense but he warms you up. Be prepared to breath and push through it, he said. So, I did. Sore from my back but he massaged out and pushed up my back crunchy knots and muscle spasm. Allowing me to breath in peace, again. I searched for and found Albert when my insurance denied approval for an MRI for extreme sciatic related pain that had been lasting for months, actually got worse with physical therapy, and was practically crippling. I couldn't even walk to my car without extreme pain and extremely low mobility. I was living on ibuprofen and still hurting.

From our first session he seemed to know exactly where to work on me, listened well and adjusted immediately when one of the stretches hurt a bit too much. He also taught me a number of stretches to do at home to maintain my leg between visits. I left sore, but it was a good kind of sore and my mobility was increased drastically.
