Family Bagels — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

Two days ago I stopped in for a big breakfast. Everything is cooker and prepared right infront of you, everything is clean and the staff there is ontop of getting to you right away.

The wait is normal considering this is a made to order spot and cooked with care.

We got a couple of sandwiches a side of homefries and pancakes that was straight out of this world.

You wonder how some places the breakfast has no taste, almost like it’s just generic bacon egg and cheese on a plain roll and you’re gone in under a minute.

This is not that!

The food here is delicious, the bread is on point, the grill and store is clean, they care about making the food perfect and it really shows. Hats off to them 10/10

Oh and a side note that sealed the deal is the Iced coffee comes with...

They mess up my order. I was very clear with my order of a sandwich and I got something else instead of what I order. And when I return the sandwich they try to blame me for messing the order,instead of taking accountability or responsibility for the mistake. They didn’t want to change or make me the correct sandwich, And on top of that even the money they didn’t want to return. At the end I got left with no sandwich or my money. I used to live next door and would stop in one, sometimes even twice a day. I've since moved, but I still go out of my way to come here.

The staff is always so nice, even when they're swamped and the food is awesome. Also their ice coffee uses coffee iced cubes. I know it's seems like such a minute detail but it's amazing to not have watered down coffee an hour later. I don't know any other business that does that.
