If you want rude managerial bureaucracy, catering mishaps, and robbery; then you have come to the right place. I made a call on Tuesday for an order of wings. A decision was made, a price was agreed upon, charged, and a pick up date/time was achieved . When I arrived to the location and inquired about order, the manager laughed at me and said “Nope, there’s no order for that on record here”.While I was beguiled and flabbergasted, he makes a remark “ We have two other locations, New Hyde Park and Huntington. Maybe you mistakenly made the order there.” Unsure of myself, like the dirty laundry I was, I was sent around in a circle calling these other locations which all replied “ No, we don’t have your order.” So I marched back into this comedy club and the manager raises his finger “ You gotta give me a minute, I can’t help everybody at once, I’m understaffed.” So I waited an abrupt 15 minutes to show him that I’ve been charged for these wings at this very location. And he goes, hmmm, I’ll check in the back. Well, what do you know. My wings were there all along! And here’s the kicker, you’d think if you ordered a lot of wings, you’ll need a generous amount of sauces to go with it? Negative, you’d have more sauce licking it off the top of a mayonnaise lid. Came in here tonight to the bar for the first time ever. The bartender tonight was super rude and unfriendly from the start. I understand the importance of verifying ID and that is why I had no issues at all to show multiple forms of ID. For reference I definitely look young but I am 23! I give him my ID and he questions it and asks for other ID. Fine no problem. I hand the cards on the table and he tells me "you need to drop the attitude you realize this ID looks nothing like you" when I have the exact same widows peak in my picture as in person and my hair was tied up the exact same way. What bothered me most is how he came off super hostile. I am not sure if he understands that speaking to paying customers in that manner is never alright. I would NEVER even give him a dollar of mine for speaking to me the way he did. Completely out of line, had an aggressive attitude with a group of females. We walked straight out of there and spent our money elsewhere. I found the entire situation completely disgusting and will be escalating it further...
