I worked with this realty because the realtor Michelle Brown seemed to care and knowledgeable. I later found out that she was a trainee and had never closed a deal. I didn’t let this turn me off but I gave her a chance as she seemed on point. We finally found a home after 3 months of making offers, viewing homes and placed an offer.

I was advised to do the inspection without a contract and disagreed but they pressured and assured me this was standard industry practice. I paid for the inspection and after 3/4 day I still had not gotten the contract. After a few days I was made aware that i missed out on the contract and they accepted a cash offer.

A week later the sellers realtor called me and said they would like to enter into contract with me as the last buyer fell out of contract. I felt alone as no one from Fave was in the know of what’s going on, anyway… I contacted Michelle Brown, who I must add seems like a really nice loyal person but I can’t say the same for the people training her I think that’s what will be her mistake going forward, being aligned with Fave.

Anyway, I notified them and after 60 days the seller backed out and I lost my time and $500 previously paid for inspection. The manager at fave started to ignore my text and phone calls… you know when it shows read but no response or they block you and it goes through as a text message and she started sending my calls to voicemail.

In the end, we worked with another realtor and found a great home with .26 acres, pool, fireplace, 3 room and a basement, front yard and 3 floors of beauty. I’m grateful they dropped the ball and thank God we were able to find our dream home with no...
