Chiarelli's Religious Goods — Attraction in Town of North Hempstead

I don't often write reviews of my business experiences with companies, but I feel compelled to let the Universve know of my experience with Chiarelli's. I'd not done business with them before, they were not recommended by someone I knew, I discovered them through a Google search of the item I was looking for and as a family owned and operated business they got my immediate attention. I should also mention that I reside in California and my order was made through their easy to navigate web site. In my view, a company makes its reputation based on the service it provides, but a special company distinguishes and separates itself from other companies by the manner in which it handles the unexpected. My order hadn't yet arrived and my event was rapidly approaching. I called Chiarelli's and was connected to JR. I explained my order situation to him. JR listened attentively and said he would look into it and get back to me. Within the hour I received a call back from JR who explained that the item had actually been on back order, the steps he'd taken on my behalf with the manufacturer of the item, and most importantly when I could expect delivery of the item to my door. Put a check mark by everything. I have my Alb and couldn't be more pleased; and in advance of my event's date. Thank you, Chiarelli's and JR. I should also add that the staff answering the phone make you feel like they've put out the Welcome Mat just for you. I would not hesitate to give Chiarellis' Religious Goods my highest recommendation; just be prepared to experience what legendary customer service is...

My mother and I have been to this CHIARELLI'S twice. On the second visit last month we got a bit lost and for some odd reason the number nor the address was saved on neither phones. After Googling and googling we found the address, but now we were ten minutes away and they were closing at 530pm. Now we all know that there are some stores that do not wait for closing time to lock the doors; either minutes before or exactly at that time. I called the store to let the worker know that we were right around the corner about 535pm. The man was so nice his words were "NO PROBLEM, COME RIGHT IN" was a relief to my mom and myself. He was more then willing to receive us and we appreciate that so much because we came so far and it would have been a disappointment knowing that we came so far to leave with nothing. THIS IS WHAT YOU CALL GREAT...

Thank you. In retrospect, it's near miraculous that the two lovely women I worked with were able to help me so quickly and thoroughly at a time when I was was without the benefit of my usual composure because of my loss. I ordered prayer cards, rosaries, chaplets, and coins. Each item arrived quickly and EXCEEDED my expectations. Chiarelli's was recommended to me by the church where we are holding the service for our beloved. I understand why. It's beyond a five star experience. Look no further. Thank you also for adding the Sacred Heart of Jesus medallion to the rosaries. Note - I ofc know the names of the lovely women who helped me, but I do not want to list them here because I feel that invades privacy. Just know that if these two women are this wonderfully helpful, I'm thinking everyone there is. God Bless you...
