This "Five stars" applies to Gold Coast Maserati people which were helping me to solve the problems with with my newly purchased Maserati Grecale. Unfortunately for them they were involved in correcting the mistakes and complete unprofessional actions of "Manhattan Alfa Romeo, Maserati Dealer" where I initially bought the lease contract. Being long time "Alfa Romeo" customer (second lease over 7 yrs) I came to discuss my next contract (current lease would end up in September) and trying to find out when (if) they expect the new model of Alfa Romeo "Tonale" - plug in hybrid will come and will be available for purchase. Instead of it they offer me Maserati Grecale to lease, for a time before the new inventory arrives and it was when my problems began. Car was delivered dirty (my wife discovered (seating on a back seat) that the black sides of the front seats are dirty from mud, being brought on a shoes of passengers traveling on a back seats. The floor carpet was also dirty from it. Car was "bought" and picked up at May 03 2023 and May 19 on my way to work I find out that I can't get into the car (was completely "dead" ), I tried the jump start but didn't get any reaction (I have 24amp starter able to tow the "dump truck " around the block.) Car finally was taken to "Gold Coast Maserati" to get fix - computer and drained battery by it.(TWO WEEKS !!!! after purchase). In addition to it today (May 24) is 20 days I'm trying to get a copy of my "Lease contract" (at the time of purchasing it was presented me for signing - on a tablet with promise that e-mailed copy I will get next day). Took me whole last week (more then15 phone calls and many hours of waiting and being "pushed" from one sales manager to another sale specialists, just to get a promise that "Contract" will be e-mail to me next 10 minutes and printed copy will follow by mail right after. NOTHING so far. This way I don't know what I'm paying for, how much I'm paying, what are my rights etc. etc. If this is not enough " Manhattan Alfa Romeo Dealer" closed-end their door for good (out of business few days after that shameful deal). I'm warning everyone that the people being employed by "Manhattan Alfa Romeo, Maserati Dealer" are probably existing in some new locations - God forbid to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis rating is for Gold Coast Maserati Service center. I would have given then 1 or 2 star. I brought my Levante for 2nd year service on Nov 19, 2019. I had some issue with software, and there were one or two warning signs, as well as issue with doors. That is some times one of the doors would not stay closed after closing the door. so while driving passenger has to hold it so that it does not open up... After the service they said they fixed everything, also they said I need to change the break, even-though I never saw any warning sign regarding breaks. I agreed and they replaced it. I request to have the car complimentary wash/cleaning. When they finished the service, I found that all the dust on the car, still there. I pointed that to the service person, so took it inside, brought it back in few minutes, but as far as cleaning/wash goes, I did not notice any difference. By the way, I used to go to Lexus of Queens for service, and comparing Maserati, their service is way much better. Now a old problem became way more problematic, that is when ever I park my car, locked the door, a warning siren keep signaling. I used to face it here and there, but from today it is to much. as of I am typing this review, the car is unlocked. As soon as I locked the car, the siren keep starting with in a minute. and when i press unlock button, the siren goes away.
Also please Note that Gold coast Maserati Sales personals and the managers are outstanding. I would give them high 5. But because of the service center, my next car would be something else, other...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had an extremely negative buying experience with sales manager Vlad.
I was inquiring about the yellow Audi R8 and had done my homework on recent R8 transactions. I made a reasonable offer at the high end of the range in which most similar R8s were sold. While Vlad lowered the price a bit after seeing the recent comps I sent him, he also made multiple condescending comments that were extremely uncalled for, such as hinting that I should look for an R8 with accidents if I couldn't afford a normal one. In the end, we were a couple of thousand apart on a car priced over $160K and couldn't reach a deal. Vlad continued to make condescending remarks, saying his other clients who buy expensive cars don't nickel and dime like I do.
It's understandable that we couldn't agree on a price, but are these types of comments acceptable to Gold Coast's management team? Just because I have the financial means to buy an expensive car doesn't mean I should overpay for it. This has been the most horrible buying...
