Kostal Paddle Manorhaven Beach Park — Attraction in Town of North Hempstead

Impossible to book. I have attempted to book through the website as instructed. I also called and the recorded message at the posted number asked to send an email through the website. Neither message was responded to. I finally reached out through Facebook Messenger. I got one reply telling me that they are busy and to call them. I called again during business hours and got the same recording asking to book online. There is no system in place to select a date and time to book online. I just want to book an hour of kayaking for my children. Isn't that what you do? No response after that. It's been three weeks of trying to reach out and book a reservation. We went to paddle board last with our own board last week on a windy day and Kostal staff gave us some advice even though we were not renting from them. Then this week we went back and rented a kayak with them following their advice as we had a 19 months old with us.
