not long ago i had ordered frames for my groomsmen and best man photos, sadly they didn't come with the glass, i had Rider frames put them together with the glass, they looked amazing, my best man and groomsmen were thrilled with the work they did; during the consult with Lynne i explained what happened and she was shocked; Lynne listens to what you want to have done, she explained what she, Mr. Rider, and the staff were going to do before putting them into production. she is caring, receptive, diligent with consulting with the customer, explains the options and works 1 on 1 with you, cant get better customer service than that. i have taken several wedding photos to them to have them framed, they did an excellent job with them, i will keep coming back to them in the future; soon im gonna taking them a sports jersey to get framed, if you want framing done right, Rider Frames & gallery is THE ONLY CHOICE, they never cut corners on customer service.
