I read a review that referred to the staff as snobby and the store catering to size small and wealthy. So untrue and I am a size lg/xlg and I am far from wealthy. The store definitely carries larger sizes however it is not a Walmart and doesn’t carry 50 of the same item, that’s why it’s unique. Not only am I larger but I am disabled and use a walker my body is disfigured from scoliosis. I cannot tell you how nice, friendly and helpful the staff are without making me feel uncomfortable. I also see the staff treat everyone courteously and helpful. Maybe the person who had a bad experience looked at a price tag and got a chip on her shoulder cause there wasn’t a $9.99 special. I moved to OP in 2019 and saw a sign that said “barn open”. I had no idea what it was so I went in. And that’s when my addiction started. There’s so many different things to look at! Yes items are not cheap but I also have not donated anything I’ve purchased from RD so that says something. The quality of the items and the staff are so helpful it keeps me coming back. In 2020 I was going on vacation and realized last minute I had no tote bags. I purchased online and sent a message that I’d be in to pick it up in the morning. To make a long story short, Cassidy came in early to let me pick it up at 10a. I appreciated it so much I stop in once a week or month when I can to see what’s new. I've been following this store online for quite a while now and recently saw a romper I really wanted. When I finally got a chance to go to the store I was "greeted" by snobby girls who could barely give me the time of day and clearly thought they were better than I was. I went upstairs hoping to find a cute romper I'm a size large, I was disappointed to find that all of the cute rompers and dresses didnt come in a size bigger than medium. I spent maybe all of 20 mins in the store and left empty handed and just received dirty snobby looks from all the employees. I would not recommend this store and I will not be shopping here again.
