I work at an office in Orchard Park. I am leaving this review because it is the 3rd bad experience that we have had when it comes to getting our orders correct. I ordered online at 11:20 for 18 items ($180 dollar lunch order). It said it would be ready at 12:25. I arrived at 12:25pm and hit in the confirmation email "I'm here". After 10 minutes I decided to call the store to let them know I was there. I was on hold for a few minutes so I decided to just walk inside and grab it. When they located my order, they said I was all set. I asked them if I could look in the bags to make sure everything was in there. The associate insisted that he double checked and every item was there. Since they forgot 3 items last time, I didn't take him at his word. He said he would go through it with me then. After review of the items, they did forget a chicken baja bowl. I needed to wait another 5 mins for them to make it. When I arrived back at the office, I went to eat my food... it was completely wrong. I asked for Roasted Turkey BLT with some substitutions and additions. They completely ignored the customizations that I wanted. Same with another salad that another associate ordered. I went to call the store to speak with a manager but after being on hold for another 5 mins, I decided that leaving this review might envoke a better change.    Read moreI decided to try this panera since I’m usually going to the one on McKinley since I work there. I ordered online and made sure it went through. I then noticed they charged my card twice for $60. I went to go pick it up and tell them what happened. The panera had maybe 3 people inside and nobody in line trying to order. But still the manager seems rushed when I explain what happened. He told me they didn’t have an order under my name, even though I had the confirmation of the order and all that. Then the manager walks away, and looks at me multiple times and after about 10 minutes decides to approach me again and I ask him if there’s anything I can do to cancel the order so it doesn’t charge me and his response was “I don’t know, there’s nothing I can do.” So I decide to just order there since clearly the cashiers could handle this situation better than the “manager” and she was extremely kind and helpful. I got the food and was so happy to get out of that place. But unfortunately once I got home I realized our food had missing ingredients, the sandwich had a rip in the bread so it was falling apart and overall I would have been more satisfied at McDonalds.    Read moreI've ordered from here for delivery multiple times and nearly every time they forget some part of my meal. Last time I ordered a sandwich and everyone got their lunch but mine was not checked off on the receipt and not in the bag. Today I ordered through their app. It said delivery time estimate 1240pm. At 110pm I called and asked for an update on my order. I was told it was on the counter waiting for a delivery person. I asked when it says it was made. 30 minutes ago! I was told a 3rd party delivers and nobody had come yet. I ordered a tuna sandwich and other hot food. Who wants to eat a room temperature tuna and cold soup? I get that they use a third party but it's disgusting to think they were OK with my food sitting there for that long. By the time I was off the phone and decided on a refund, my food was there for 40 minutes. I was also told I could reorder. I asked for compensation for the fact I don't have time to reorder and wait and I won't get a lunch. They said the best they can do is refund me. Even throwing a $5 gift card would have been sufficient, but just blaming doordash isnt enough. They allowed the food to sit there without checking on it. This should be...
