Savilles Florist — Local services in Town of Orchard Park

I live out of state, and needed to place an order for Mother's Day flowers. The florist I had normally used permanently closed down, so I did some research and came across Savilles. I placed my order over the phone for a delivery on the Friday before Mother's Day weekend. When my mom got her arrangement, it was nothing like the pictures online; I had ordered a floral bouquet and a basket of plants was delivered instead. I called Savilles the next day (Saturday, the day before Mother's Day) and spoke with Brian, the co-owner. I could tell he was extremely busy when he took my call (he said they had 750 orders being delivered that day!), but he was very patient and took the time to talk with me about the issue with my order. We realized that the worker who took my order over the phone keyed in the wrong arrangement, as they have a floral arrangement and a garden arrangement with the same name, and the garden arrangement was delivered instead of the floral arrangement. Brian apologized profusely, and I could tell he was sincere. He asked if my mom was unhappy with the arrangement because he wanted to make sure we both were happy when all was said and done. He offered me a full refund or for my mom to keep her garden arrangement and they would deliver the floral arrangement the Monday after Mother's Day (since she lives outside of their normal delivery area). I opted for the floral arrangement to be delivered over the refund, but to my surprise they did BOTH! They delivered the arrangement today, and it was BEAUTIFUL, AND they gave me a full refund! I hardly ever write reviews, but I had to because although there was an issue with my order, they completely made up for it, and my mom was thrilled with both iarrangements (as was I!). Nowadays, it is rare for a company to go above and beyond when it comes to customer service, but Savilles does and I would highly, highly, highly recommend them. Even though my first time ordering with them wasn't necessarily 100% perfect, it was still a wonderful experience and I would definitely use them again. 20/10 recommend; thanks Brian...

I originally wanted to DIY my wedding florals to save some money but working with Savilles was 100% the right decision over DIY.

My mom and I met with Tina and she made the planning process so streamlined. I know nothing about florals but I showed her my Pinterest board for inspiration and she made it all a reality. She even let me take some time to figure out the details I didn't think of, like the ribbon colors for the wearable florals.

I ended up ordering my bouquet, my mom's (she was my MOH) bouquet, corsages for females in the family, boutonnieres for men and the nephews, 5 centerpieces, and then extra stems to make some mini bouquets for the nieces/flower girls and I am SO glad I didn't end up DIYing all of the florals. There is no way I would have been able to put together the stunning bouquets and arrangements that the Savilles team created. And I definitely didn't have the time to learn how to make corsages or boutennieres. The cost was pretty on par with what I had expected to pay and was well worth it. I also opted to only have candles and greenery (provided by the venue) for the dinner tables which was a great way to save some money since we had 18 to decorate.

I picked up the florals the day before the wedding being sure to keep them cool and had a family friend deliver the necessary arrangements to the reception venue. Savilles packaged everything so nicely which made transportation a breeze and even giving out the wearable florals was so easy with everything being labeled.

When our family had the sudden loss of our niece, a young wife to our nephew and mother of two small children, My husband and I stopped by to order a floral spray for the funeral services and I must say I was extremely impressed with your business as your employees go above and beyond. I appreciated the personal attention given to us during this difficult time to help us make choices and to be sure all of the spellings were correct on the card to accompany the flowers.

The flower spray that I ordered was beautiful and really stood out amongst all of the flowers at the service. You can tell that your employees paid attention to every detail in the design. But what really impressed me was the caring nature of your employees. When we picked out the style of the floral spray, we also picked out two small teddy bears from your store to be given to the two small children who lost their mom. After I went home and after further thought, I returned to your store as I decided that I wanted the larger, softer bears from your display to give to the children. I was blown away when your employee said they were going to take care of it for me and switch out the bears at no additional cost. It literally brought tears to my eyes. I was so touched that a business would have such a caring attitude. It meant more than you know. Thank you for making me feel like family. When any need for flowers arises, I will not hesitate to use Savilles...
