I am writing to express my frustration with the terrible treatment I received at the Spectrum location in Orchard Park, New York. After being told by Spectrum’s customer service that there was no store in Hamburg, and finding none listed on Google, I went to Orchard Park.
From the moment I walked in, the representative was rude and curt. She immediately told me she was busy activating phones, the only one working, and that I should leave and find another location. I explained I had gotten a ride and was willing to wait, but she repeated multiple times, with a dismissive tone, that it would be a long wait. At no point did she greet me, apologize for the delay, or speak one kind or courteous word to me.
When my father arrived, she told him we shouldn’t wait and insisted we go to another location. When I said there wasn’t one in Hamburg, she rudely contradicted me, claiming there was a store near Michael’s and responding with an attitude when I explained Spectrum had told me otherwise.

Then they went down the basement and proceeded to cut the cables from the DirecTV set up. I need to come back three times in order to fix the Internet. Now I've moved out of the area and Time Warner does not service the new area, I cancel service on 30 November and I got the final bill and they are trying to charge me all the way through December. It's always something, the call Center is manned by inapt people, One representative spent the whole time calling me Mr. Junior, because there is a JR the end of my name. Can't wait to be free and clear Time Warner.    Read moreSo first and foremost 2 stars is giving alot for this company. If it werent for their customer service they wouldnt get 1 star at all. They're nice they're friendly but the ability to provide the service that is intended seriously lacks. My fiance and I have had spectrum for years now even before the transition from Time Warner and there has not been a single day since the start of our service that we havent experienced very low speeds to no connection at all with our internet. We've had multiple techs come to service our lines and some over the phone to troubleshoot problems and nothing ever works. The prices are far too much especially for having such bad service. I would suggest if possible getting fios as it would probably be the best option for service. I'd love to give them one star but the employees on the front line really do try to do their best to help and they deserve that much.
