Relaxing SPA — Attraction in Town of Ossining

NEW MANAGEMENT UNPROFESSIONAL: My mother and I had been coming here for over a year and always loved our experience. One of the things that kept us coming back was their "coupon card" of sorts (get a certain number of massages you get one free). We came back around June/July 2020. After we gave our tip to the masseurs directly, we paid for our service, I placed my "coupon card" on the counter to get it signed and then the front desk man told me and my mother "we needed to tip." This was new to us as we were never told this and always tip our masseurs, and because it was not a practice held by this Spa (like most others with demanding a tip) which was another reason we kept coming back. He then gave a back and forth about signing our card and had to call somebody our of the shop to confirm if it was valid or not.
