My wife and I are new homeowners on a budget. We recently decided to renovate our 2 very dated bathrooms and needed to replace all of the shower/vanity fixtures. We met with Annie Panico. Annie was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. She shared that she comes from an interior design background which definitely gave her an advantage over people we had met at other stores. Not long after showing her pictures of our bathrooms and tile samples, she showed us around the beautiful showroom and helped us pick out the finish for the fixtures in each bathroom. In one bathroom we knew were going with chrome fixtures since we already had chrome sink faucets, towel rings, and cabinet pulls. The other bathroom was more challenging. It had white tiles with a black and brass accent that we were leaving (we are only retiling the shower stall). Our new vanity has a gray quartz top with specs of black. We were originally going to select bronze fixtures. Annie recommended going with matte black to better complement the other colors and bring the cost down. She knew all of the brands, features, and pros and cons of each. She created an account for us on Build.com (owned by Ferguson) so we could easily track what we selected and make changes. My wife and I first met Annie on a Saturday (which happened to be my birthday). We came back on Monday to finalize our selections and place the order. Annie stayed almost an hour after closing to answer last minute questions and make sure we were completely satisfied. She also did everything in her power to get us the best price on all of the products we selected. Her discounts ended up being better than our Contractor's discounts! The service I received from this store was horrible. At first I sat with Danielle and she seemed to be great. She was knowledgeable, patient and supportive and helped me. My house burned down and was being rebuilt so I had an entire house to do. Plumbing, bathrooms, kitchens, the works. I was spending a ton of money here. The execution from then on was horrible. The manager Chris had to get involved and that even went badly. They had to have Uber drivers deliver new parts to the site because wrong plumbing materials were delivered twice holding up my entire project. He continuously said (and I have the text messages and emails to prove it) "I will make this right at the end for you and reimburse you appropriately for all of your trouble with this project. He constantly apologized for the frustrations and inconveniences caused by all of the shipments/parts errors that were delivered incorrectly. Danielle dropped the ball, put in the order incorrectly, and did not follow through or return calls in a timely manner. I cannot begin to tell you what a nightmare this was and how hard the made the installation of my kitchen and bathrooms for my general contractor. This cost everyone involved so much of their time and money because we had to have tradesmen come back several times because they had to wait for the correct parts to be delivered.
