Kunal Jewelers - Indian Jewelry Store in Hicksville — Attraction in Town of Oyster Bay

I have been visiting Jackson heights store for a long time, STAFF IS VERY VERY RUDE (Staff name Isha and there was another lady who little senior to her), I'm 72 years old, i tried to ask few detail regarding the item and they got irritated and said that "they don't know," as if they are giving the stuff in free , i would rather go 75 miles to Edison instead of coming here, the only reason i came here as its very near to my house, I think owner need to work on hiring some some educated and respectful staff.

MOST IMPORTANT POINT :- The staff over there was very rude at first point only so that customer should be embarrassed and buy the stuff without even asking any question,

Jewelry variety is nice , beautiful collection Main Owner is nice to talk though he doesn't come to this store

Cons :-

Very Rude staff They were not providing bill Charging more extra if i try to pay with credit card Charging higher gold rate price then the regular market price (Which i tried to compare the gold price with at least 5 other Jewelers...

The opening of this store was long overdue. For years, many others and myself have long awaited when the famous Kunal Jewelers of JH would make it easier for individuals living on Long Island to shop. Firstly, this is a family owned and operated store so you can always expect to be treated as such. There is always an immediate family member present to ensure the highest level of customer service. Secondly, if there is something you want and they don’t have it in this store, they can easily bring it from one of their other stores or have it custom made. Their prices are so low that other Jewelers are having a hard time providing any level of competition. I personally have shopped here many times since their opening and can’t say enough good things about Karan, Eesha, and the entire Kunal...

My wife bought a bangle from here two weeks ago, she wore it for three days, some of the gold used in design of the bangle came off. She went back to the store again and told the sales girl about the damage but to her suprise, the sales person just told her that its wear and tear. According to my wife, It was so disappointing to speak further to the sales person who further told my wife that she will have to pay money to get it repaired. Another older lady joined the conversation was singing the same tune. Very unprofessional service, wouldn't recommend this...
