Do not come here! GO TO TIME LESIURE SPA, get your moneys worth. I will not come here again. I’ve always went to time leisure spa but I took a break because my favorite person was always booked. At first I was enjoying the experience but my third trip was my last time. I had a masseuse who was super ROUGH, treated my body without care, it’s just a feeling I had through the massage. I couldn’t be relaxed because I was to busy thinking and upset of how rough she was. I like hard massages, that wasn’t the issue but I got rough massages. Her hands was rough I could feel her calluses which made my experience upsetting. I just felt the sense that she was not pleased working and it made me feel self conscious. When the masseuse was doing my feet, I couldn’t help but to watch, she kept looking at time, and looking at the time ! Making weird faces literally not focused. The worst part of this is really falls on the owner and she should be ashamed of herself! As I was paying, I was expressing to the owner how I didn’t really enjoy my experience, thinking she would care. I expressed how rough my masseuse was, and she started to act like she didnt understood English all of a sudden. I proceed to give a 15% tip, on a 85% service. mind you I always give 20+ tips. The owner kept pushing me on why I’m not giving more after I expressed why. I really could’ve not given no tip at all but I was trying to be nice and here I was being harassed by the owner on why I’m not officially giving 20%. Tipping is not required, I don’t know if it’s because she doesn’t pay her workers a fair amount, which is why she is forcing people to give 20%. But the previous two times I’ve been there I’ve always tipped more than 20%, which I relayed to her as well. Tipping has never been a issue. I pay people based on how they serve and make me feel. but because of the treatment I received thar day I didn’t feel as though she deserved a 20% and I explicitly explained that to the owner. She disregard my feelings. I vowed that day that I will never step foot in the establishment again. And then I take a look at the receipt and I see that because I’m using a credit card I get charged $3 dollars plus . that is super illegal. I’ve never heard of a three dollar plus service charge at most a $1.25. I’m a New Rochelle resident, I love to support small businesses, and all I can say is that this owner does not care about her guest. She only cares about money, not realizing that if she invest in her workers and their work that the money and her business will be successful. Don’t come here! Not worth it. Go to Time Lesiure Spa and ask for April or Amy. They...
Read moreI can’t say enough wonderful things about this place — it is, without a doubt, one of the best massage and facial experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment you walk through the door, you're welcomed into a calm, serene space that instantly melts away stress. The ambiance is warm, inviting, and impeccably clean, setting the tone for a truly rejuvenating experience.
The staff is incredibly professional, attentive, and skilled. You can tell they genuinely care about your comfort and well-being. Whether you're going in for a deep tissue massage with hot stones, or a customized facial, every treatment feels personalized and thoughtfully executed.
The massage left me feeling completely relaxed and refreshed — every knot and bit of tension seemed to disappear. The facial was equally impressive; my skin felt radiant, hydrated, and noticeably smoother. They use high-quality products and take the time to assess your skin's needs, which really makes a difference.
What truly sets this place apart is the attention to detail and the consistency of care. Each visit has been just as excellent as the last. It's rare to find a place that maintains such a high standard every single time, for a price that does not break the bank.
If you’re in or around Pelham and in need of self-care, I highly recommend booking an appointment here. It’s not just a treat — it’s a necessity. You’ll leave feeling like the best version...
