We came for brunch the 2nd weekend they started offering it but the restaurant opened this summer. It feels like they’re still figuring out staffing and other logistics but the atmosphere, cafe and food are great.
My friend ordered the strawberry mocha latte and I had the matcha. After trying my friend’s latte I asked for some strawberry syrup on the side to add to my match and it was a 10/10. However, they did charged me $1 for the small dish of syrup.
For food, we ordered the pelican platter, the roasted cauliflower salad, and the side of black pepper bacon. The highlight of the pelican platter were old bay tater tots and the pancake. The pancake was thick and fluffy, and it came with this delicious strawberry sauce. The roasted cauliflower salad was also great, but it had a lot of parsley and the cauliflower wasn’t very roasted. Read moreThe one star is for the small portion of food received. If you don't mind paying high price for not enough to eat then this place is for you.

The smoked beet tartar is out of control- but you need to use the lemon! Or maybe not.. but the lemon made it even over the top. Third time here, in love with everything I’ve eaten (maybe minus the side of Mac and cheese, needs breadcrumbs!).
Service is phenomenal. Everyone here is trained so well and that I love most is the sweetness, the kindness, I overheard the person training staff. Really wonderful environment and the music is impressive.
The drinks are superb, every bar tender I’ve encountered is so knowledgeable and talented. Immensely grateful to see such a bipoc staff. Will be coming back for a date...
