Lane Bryant — Attraction in Town of Pelham

My experience today at Lane Bryant extremely wonderful. When I walked in I looked around for a moment, then a woman by the name of Ms. Lisa asked me if I needed any help. I told her yes I needed to be remeasures for new bras. Ms. Lisa said sure had me walk with her she did the measurements and assisted me with picking out some new bras escorted me to the fitting room. While I was at the fitting room I met another young lady by the name of Ms. Nikisha she was nice enough to assist me with putting it on and off until I got exactly what I have wanted in a bra. I highly recommend these two young ladies if you are ever at this Lane Bryant they both go above and beyond to assist the customer my experience was so wonderful that I purchased it two dresses as well. We'll be coming back...

Today was my first visit to this location. I was actually returning items I bought by mistake. My favorite pants are once again being "improved." Ugh. This makes me lose my mind. 😥 The staff and the customers were so extremely helpful and patient with me and my gift card not working. Then the whole line of customers rallied around me and really encouraged me to pick out some colorful tops. I wear black everyday for everything. Frankly, I was the only woman in that store dressed as if I were in mourning. These beautiful women where wearing bright colored and patterned dresses, shorts and sleeveless tee-shirts. 2023 update- They still nasty in this store. I came to pick up my order. I guess they think young people don’t shop here. No professionalism towards me. But a older customer got the golden treatment. Today I called to see if they had the same sale or clearance as other stores. Very dry she corrected me and said it’s a $35 clearance. Then when I got to the store it was only 3 workers, no shoppers and I still was not greeted. I had to ask for the items I was looking for. The high yellow cashier made a joke about it to her coworker. I spent more than what they make in a day. I’m good. These 3 workers need to be replaced. Last time I went it was a women that taught me how to measure for a bra. Very helpful to get me what I needed and still being safe. This time they didn’t...
