Ollie's Bargain Outlet — Attraction in Town of Queensbury

They may have some really good products at cheap prices, but their customer service is lacking. I had a cart full of items and two heavy rugs. I struggled so much to put stuff on the check out counter, while still trying to hold the rugs up and the clerk just stood there and didn't bother to help. Then another clerk came over to bag the items and saw me struggling and failed to assist me. They just talked to each other as I struggled. No one bothered to help me take the loaded cart to my car and I had to balance the stuff as I barely lifted the cart off the sidewalk because there is no lower part to guide your cart. I am getting elderly and all clerks should be helping. You can't even call it terrible customer service because they...

Really great store to get almost anything you need at a nice discounted price. Friendly staff and very helpful it needed. I go here several times a month before going to other stores for what I need, and about 7 or 8 out of 10 times they have what i need. They have a great variety of household things, such as things from blenders to coffee pots, and air friers. They have a very nice wide variety of rugs and flooring, to things like luggage and clothing. One of my favorite things about Ollie's is that no matter how many times you go, there are always new things that they get in front closing stores bankrupt...

I was cut off im store by another customer and cashier ignored it like i didn't exist even after I said something politely the first time. They do not know how to handle even the lightest customer traffic flow at the register. Manager is worse, you complain he calls police on you. No joke look my video up om tik tok under Peter a.k.a. Redman. Unbelievable how he seems to love escalating situations more than de-escalating. Terrible store, never going there again....
