Ive never been disappointed yet. The wings are great, with my personal favorite being their burgers. Wow! I seriously go there mostly for the burgers. Sub in sweet potato for an even better sensation (in my opinion). And then there is the Television screens. They are huge and bright. Its a great place to go for great food with a sports game. However, ne aware that you might be hard presses to concentrate on the person next to you because its noisy and distracting...but good!

My family and I stopped in for lunch today. Our server, Jerry, was super friendly. We got some drinks and wings to start. The drinks were good and the wings were seasoned to perfection. My nephew and I got burgers. They were a wee overcooked but still juicy. My niece got the boneless tenders and they were huge! The bar is big and they also have outdoor seating. They have a few arcade games to keep the kids occupied. Large screen tvs for watching games too.

4/6 games in the arcade didn't work / stole money. This was the chicken dip appetizer. There were no chicken in it. The bowl is so thick; it was about 1/4 inch deep by 4 inches in diameter. $13, for the 4 scoops of dip. The kids chicken tenders were hard (all 3 pieces!) that were actually boneless chicken wings NOT tenders! Adult means we're decent; chicken quesadilla & a burger... $70 in total. Won't be back.

We made a reservation for our party. We had a lot of people with us, it was my nephews birthday. I like the restaurant itself, I like the decor and I like that they have a few arcade games. Technically we had two waitresses, one main one and the other was just helping with everything. I feel the food prices are a little high, especially because all the food is basic bar food that you can get at any restaurant. We waited over an hour for our food to come, I knew it would take a little bit longer for everyone to get their food but waiting an hour and a half is a little much. By the time we did get our food more than half of it was only heat lamp warm, which was disappointing. It's not like the restaurant didn't know we were coming, our reservation was made over a full day in advance, we didn't just show up with a bunch of people. My 11yr old son only got half of what he was supposed to get and when we told the waitress she said she would bring him more (we paid for a "big kids meal" he ended up with a "little kids meal") but she never did so my husband ended up sharing his food with my son, which was cold (chicken wings). The waitress that was "helping" our main waitress had an attitude. When we were asking for refills on our sodas she literally rolled her eyes. It wasn't busy when we got there, by the time we left it was starting to get busy but we were treated like it was so busy they couldn't keep things straight. My family and I will probably not go back, even if it was just my husband, my kids and I. It was disappointing. Plus my grandma and my aunt both got french dip sandwiches and they both got sick (puking and the other) for a full day afterwards, they said they're pretty sure it was the gravy type dip that came with the sandwiches that made them sick. Only giving three stars because the restaurant itself is pretty nice and the main waitress...

The only reason I give this place one star is because our server was very attentive.

The food on the other hand was GROSS. We got Buffalo chicken wontons that were cold. I ordered the Buffalo chicken Mac and cheese and ended up receiving 4 pieces of chicken on top of noodles tossed in hot sauce. There was absolutely no cheese or anything else on the plate. Noodles covered in hot sauce with chicken chunks on top. My fiancé ordered the fish sandwich and received a sandwich with a bun that was crumbling into dust. As well as his French fries tasted like fried fish.

Not to mention we weren’t (and said we weren’t when asked by the host) interested in any of the games. Instead of putting us as far from the bar as possible we were seating right in front of it. My fiancé and I couldn’t even hear the conversation we were trying to have due to the screaming coming from the bar. I know it’s a sports bar and to be expected but properly seat your guest and focus on the quality of food coming out of your service windows. Because $70.00 for food we didn’t even eat & to not even enjoy our time in your restaurant is sad. When you first opened we loved dining with you. I know covid puts a damper on everyone. But we won’t be dining here ever again....

I've been going to this restaurant since they first opened, at least 5+ times per month, sometimes 2-3 times in a week.

Since COVID, they've changed where they get their chicken tenders, and it shows. Some visits the chicken tenders look like a version of a boneless wing. Other times, the chicken is different again and the breading is hard as a rock. This most recent time, the chicken tenders were completely different (again) - and low quality, barely warm, and inedible. I arrived very hungry, but could barely eat 1 of these "chicken tenders".

I stopped going to this location, only very rarely.

Please, go back to your original vender for chicken tenders. Other Recovery Sports Grill locations still have the same chicken tenders, and I hope you change back to what you had.

If you need to charge more in order to bring back the original chicken tenders - please do it. I'll happily pay more, and start going back as often as I once did.

When you do go back to our original chicken tenders, I'll update this review...
