Queensbury Cigar & Pipe — Attraction in Town of Queensbury

Sadly I have to write a bad review. My wife bought me two lighters from your store one lotus LBLP 1010 Chrome and a Lotus cigar jet lighter. I don't know the model number,both of which are less than 2 years old and stopped working the lotus LBLP 1010 is just over one year old . I contacted Lotus, Lotus said go to the store where we bought them. Well my wife went to the store today and was told no receipt can't help you. She didn't want a refund maybe a discount on another lighter, would have made her happy. I have bought many things from this store over the last few years several pipes my Geppetto and two Savinelli pipes plus higher end cigars and I buy my plate tobacco there. No more will I buy. I will only buy my pipe tobacco over there until I find another store that carries what I like. She does not even want me to buy pipe tobacco there any more .. funny my zippo has a lifetime warranty with it and have sent it back and was fixed .. don't understand how you could not have helped her I will contact Lotus next again and see what they say .. sorry but am unsatisfied....

Love this shop! To begin with, the selection is fantastic, and the prices, well, they are as good as you'll get in New York State, with NY taxes being what they are...

The staff is always friendly and accommodating, and even after only a few visits, were ready with recommendations based on what I've bought in the past. This is why buying local is so important.

This is the kind of place where you NEVER feel rushed, you NEVER feel like you can't ask a question, and you know that they appreciate you being there!

If you are in the Queensbury/Lake George area, do yourself a favot and stop in and see he staff, and if you're lucky, you'll get to meet the owner Kathy. She's one of a kind and a "broad" in the absolute very BEST sense of the word!

Absolutely the best cigar lounge I've been too. I live 3 hours away and can't wait for my trip up north so I can visit. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to help. The selection is always on point. If you love a great cigar with the drink of your choosing and a great atmosphere to enjoy this is a must stop. They have t.v's airing major games and fights along with a beautiful outside deck set up perfectly for a great relaxing smoke. Dan and D.J are doing a great job and untill my next journey up here I will just have to make do with my average lounges at best back home. Almost want to move to the area just to...
