Awful. They needed to change the hot fudge as there obviously wasn't enough to make the sundae and stopped mid way through changing it while my husbands ice cream melted on the counter to help the long line. A small teenager also used the remaining hot fudge for his own sundae that should have been reserved for the sundae that was paid for. The girl snapped at him that she needed it for our sundae even though the container was clearly empty. The adult man, I am assuming was the owner went to change the container but then left the hot fudge on the rear counter, half scooped out, never heating it up to finish making my sundae. After waiting 3 more mins to see what he was doing, while he helped new customers, we spoke up and we asked for our money back. The owner acted like it was an inconvenience. The proper response would have been to stop helping the people that were waiting behind us and to remake our sundaes. Remake mine with actual hot fudge and remake my husbands melted sundae. I moved from NY years ago and coming back Ralph’s is something I look toward to. I am beyond disappointed. Not only did we have to pay 5 dollars for a small cup- I understand not the workers fault but for some reason this Ralph’s only had flat lids- so to put a lid on they swiped off the tops layer. Not to sound like a fatty but now I’m paying for a small and getting a kids. I can’t afford that. Anyways, aside from this issue all of our products sucked. Two of us got chocolate ice. It tasted like watermelon. The third got bubble gum and it had traces of chocolate in it. It seems like they didn’t change or wash the scoops between scooping. As someone who has worked in the industry… I know this isn’t an option, which seems obvious. After he said picking up, he was then given an estimated time his order would be ready. After waiting a few more minutes I was finally acknowledged.
