Staff is completely unprofessional. They lost my package and rather than offer to help, Debra McDowell, aka Lily pad, was quick to say it was my fault for waiting until the last minute to order my goods and services from a vendor that shipped via USPS. Not only was she out of line and utterly rude, she continued to put blame on me rather than admit they are at fault. She yelled that "priority mail is not guaranteed!" Went into the Wading River office for the first time today and was shocked at how unfriendly rude and unhelpful they were. One woman named Sarah actually seemed to enjoy being nasty. If these were employees of a private sector organization they would have been fired long ago. I wish I knew who the postmaster of this location was or how to lodge an official complaint.
