Recently went in and had my eyebrows tinted and a wax from a girl name, Amy . I went home and looked at my eyebrows. There was still some grays in my eye brows went back asked if she could redo them or give me back a partial of the money she charged me for . She charged me 50 dollars my eyebrows where not waxed right and still had grays ! And I asked her very nicely to please please get me in to fix them or give me a partial payment back, and she said no I am booked all day ,never had this experience before and she will never get my service again I was treated wrong I was so upset never had delt with a situation like this!!!! I went to see a manager because I had asked one of the girls there who is Amy’s manager. I have been a patron of this salon since its inception. My stylist, Cheryl, knows what she is doing. She can cut my hair full of cowlicks into a short pixie that looks so great. Strangers come up to me all the time to comment on how they love my haircut. Her skills as a colorist are also first rate. My hair color looks like I was born with it.

The salon is designed for maximum client comfort. Each person working at the salon has their own room with their own sink. The privacy is great. The reception area of the salon is decorated tastefully by season and the salon always looks beautiful. The salon carries a wide range of hair products and jewelry as well. Lastly, everyone who works at the salon is friendly and caring. Everyone greets you whether you are their client or not. It is a very welcoming place.
