I own a small commercial office building in Liverpool (shameless plug - Wetzel Crossing Professional Building) and was introduced to Mark about 3 years ago by my wife. At the time I was personally handling my own leasing but I knew if I ever had a need for someone to help me get great tenants Mark would be my guy.

Fast forward to now ... I live in North Carolina and it’s been so great having an extra set of eyes on my property plus having someone willing to show prospective tenants through the building on a moments notice. If you know anything about commercial tenants - when they’re shopping for space you need to be ready to jump.

Last winter Mark’s wife Joyce even stopped over to my building to take a few pics of the parking lot because I heard NY had an ice storm.

We worked with Andrea Dre to sell our house in Syracuse, finally closing this week after a long road stretching back almost 4 years.
