Artistic Cabinetry — Attraction in Town of Smithtown

Review number 2! This is only the second review i have ever done, and the first was also for this great company. When working with Artistic Cabinetry you truly are in great hands. From the moment you call or walk through the doors you are greeted by Kristina who is not only one of the nicest people to talk to but she is verry quick and eager to put whatever she is working on aside to make sure all your questions are answered and making your overall experience a good one , our designer we were so fortunate to work with was Kelly..... now im sure all of the employees here are just as capable and knowledgeable as the next but to say Kelly went above and beyond is an understatement! Kelly was available to us via telephone / email/ or text pretty much 24 hrs a day and even for things that didnt pertain to cabinets Kelly and Artistic is a major reason why our renovation went as smooth as it did. Kelly raises the bar when it comes to service and even went as far as to come over to measure the addition and tripple check to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted and when we had other questions she came back over on her own time to help us with our kitchen design. Lastly the owner Alex who we havnt had the pleasure of meeting went out of his way to call certain companies to get us the best possible price for the cabinets for our kitchen, if that doesnt prove how great of a company Artistic is i dont know what will. If i had my own business i would ask Alex advice how to run a business the right way because he is cllearly running a great business and he has a great eye for the people he hires. Alex, owner and designer, created a beautiful kitchen for my family home that brought years of joy for me, my children, and our guests, and was a diamond feature for re-sale. This kitchen project was a total remodel with Alex coming in at the start and creating all aspects of the plan--- custom cabinets top and bottom, a custom built-in dining nook with a wrap-around corner bench system that included under-storage and durability to support the weight of many children and adults with no cracks over time. Alex provided guidance on lighting, selection of appliances and sink elements, and designed gorgeous counter tops with attention to every detail on edging and sealing for long-term beauty and durability. His designs are truly "artistic" with a balance of function with form, creating a space that people want to be in and a look that feels like it always was meant to be that way, a natural and sensical space that takes advantage of room dimensions, connection to other rooms, and the overall dynamic of the home. I am excited for our next project, an en suite master bathroom with adjoining washer/dryer to walk-in closet....

We just finished a kitchen renovation using Artistic Cabinetry and it came out beautiful. Thank you Alex and Kristina for making it happen. Alex (the owner) is a very down to earth guy. He was very easy to talk to and pleasant to work with. We met with him on several occasions. Alex devoted a couple of hours at each meeting to listen to our needs and ideas. It felt relaxed, laid back and never rushed. Using his knowledge and many years of experience, he gave us wonderful suggestions and helped us come up with a stunning design and kitchen layout. Kristina was awesome. She always made herself available if I had any questions and concerns.
