What can I even say about The Watermill? Our entire experience, from the very beginning to the last dance, was beyond anything we could have imagined! From the moment we met Rob, we knew we were in the best hands. He took over and made us feel like family right away, and that sense of care and connection never wavered. Every question we had, every little detail, we knew we could count on him. His knowledge and experience are unmatched, and we trusted him completely throughout the planning process which provided us with a much-needed sense of comfort.

When the big day arrived, it was nothing short of magic, truly. The entire team at The Watermill delivered an exceptional experience that felt effortless, seamless, and so full of love and care. Our bridal attendant, Olivia, was an absolute gem. She was so natural, so attentive, and truly tuned into every need I had without me ever having to ask. She made such a difference during the entire evening and I'm so thankful we had her. Our Maitre'D, Nick, was phenomenal. He was calm, collected, and totally in control. He was the first person out to our party bus when we arrived and didn't skip a beat from that moment on. The evening flowed perfectly because of him and we really enjoyed having him in control of our big day. Like Rob, his experience and knowledge is unmatched. He is so great at what he does. Our captain, Chris, worked effortlessly behind the scenes, making sure everyone was on the same page and that my husband and I had everything we needed. He was amazing!

We brought everything we needed ahead of time, and when we arrived, it was all set up exactly as I envisioned, without me lifting a finger. After 10 months of planning, that peace of mind was priceless and it was exactly what I needed. I did not have to use a single brain cell because of this team, and I was able to truly enjoy my wedding day and be in the moment the whole time. The food was absolutely incredible and never-ending. The cocktail hour was overflowing with options, and we had 9 dinner entrees for guests to choose from (something we’d never seen at any other venue). We are overall beyond thankful for The Watermill and their amazing team for not just understanding our vision, but truly bringing it to life in a way we’ll never forget. The icing on the cake was how everything was packed up so nicely for us to pick up the next day. They even saved the top of our wedding cake for us and left a beautiful message on the box. We just had our wedding on Sunday and if I had one thing to say is that YOU ARE IN GOOD HANDS. From the very first day we visited the Watermill, we knew it was the one. We met with Brian initially and then transferred over to Rob. However, you can easily get in touch with anyone and they will answer any questions and guide you in the right direction leading up to your big day. The week before we dropped everything off with Maria who was so attentive to our needs, and left everything in boxes with photos to display how we wanted things done and they PERFECTED it. When we arrived to the Watermill our bridal attendant Christina and Matri’D Johnny were already outside, ready to assist us with whatever we needed. They both were absolutely amazing. They both were so sweet, kind, friendly, and attentive. Christina helped carry my train, bustle my dress and remove my veil, she even decorated our cake exactly how I could have wanted (our florist forgot to decorate it and dropped off the flowers for it) and she perfected it. Johnny communicated with everyone, looked for guests who needed to be out for pictures, grabbed whatever we needed, gave us a heads up when we were doing dances, speeches, cake cutting, photos, etc. Both of them assisted our families and bridal party with anything they needed. They truly made the night run so smooth and perfect. They let us enjoy cocktail hour/say hello’s to our guest and even have a few minutes to ourself before reception started with samples of all the food in the bridal suite to enjoy. They also made sure we had a drink in our hand and even our families/bridal party were taken care of. There wasn’t a time where we didn’t feel like we were being cared for. We were able to see our room (Vanderbilt) before guests could see it and when we saw it we were in absolute awe! It was so magical and perfect. They really brought our vision to life. They communicated so well with our vendors, especially MC and our photography company to ensure the night ran smooth. We enjoyed every single second of the day from the moment we arrived and we wish we could relive the day! It was absolutely beautiful and we have no complaints at all! The food was DELISH and our guests are raving about how much food there was and how amazing it was! My husband and I ordered filet and it was cooked to perfection and they even allowed us to order other meals to try/pack up for home! Our photographers/videographer from ADA and DJ crew from Tommy Tunes all coordinated everything so perfectly. I wish the night didn’t have to end! We were able to pick up any items the next day and everything was packaged perfectly and they gave us any leftovers from dinner/cocktail hour and our cake topper.
