Paws of War is a true blessing to Soldiers who bond with animals on deployment. The kitties they helped me rescue were my escape from the daily chaos. The momma kitties and her babies brought me peace and provided a loving distraction from the deployment reality. After bonding with them and forming a codependency on eachother (the kitties to me and me to them) I couldn't fathom the idea of leaving them there to suffer or die. Read moreWords will never be able to describe what Paws Of War did for me and how much appreciation I have for them. They helped in the return of Ginny, a dog I found while in Bosnia. Upon contacting them they were so calm and sure about helping us I couldn't believe it. Before I knew it I was picking her up with resources and great lunch.
While there they shared more about what they do and how they help veterans, first responders and animals in need.
I cannot wait to make a visit back and show them the wonderful life Ginny now lives and the happiness she brings...
