Five Below — Attraction in Town of Union

So before I start yes I was wearing crocs and yes its raining out i get that however I have never slipped and fallen in them. For a middle class family I surely could have gone farther into what occurred but im not that kind of person, I do have a conscience and money doesnt but happiness but saying this all this is what occurred at their new location in oakdale commons:

I was going in with my 8 yr old daughter the doors on the outside of mall (big mistake I guess) I slipped and fell laying on the ground and got myself slowly up and went in store lady seemed preoccupied by register doing whatever and welcomed us in a kinda rude tone then I told her I just fell outside the door and she just looked at me then talked in her speaker and that was that (not are you okay? Or anything). I bought stuff and left then called and asked for manager she didnt seem to care either saying she would let the district manager know, I then went even higher and called corporate which I guess was a call center and told them and that is the only person I hear a sorry from but wasnt to convincing.

None the less thats new concrete and super slippery when wet ( like walking on a wet waxed floor) no kind of mat outside that door and if your wearing anything but sneakers id highly suggest not going through that door in the pouring rain.

Seems they dont have proper customer service, no satisfaction in the fact I could have went to hospital to get checked out or more the least they could have done is shown up most respect and at least made sure I was okay.

No wonder why people are lawsuit happy because big corporations...

Great place for gifts for kids, teenagers, young adults. A must utilize when Christmas or birthday shopping. A stocking stuffer haven. Prices are all reasonable. Heads up on quality tho. We bought a car seat organizer, hangs behind the driver/passenger seat with a bunch of great slots and storage. We installed it just fine everything was great. Loaded it with stuff. We got car seat covers so I had to move it, upon lifting it fromm the headset, snap! Went one of the straps. I Jimmy rigged with a bungee cord to salvage it but dang! My fault I should have unloaded the stuff in the organizer before attempting to move it. Other than this mistake mainly on my end. Everything we bought from there works great, gifts for family were a good hit and my son loves his...

Associates, Mel and Anna went above and beyond when my wife had a medical emergency while shopping at the Johnson city ny store. Mel made sure i had everything i needed to help my wife while Anna kept my children calm and entertained while we dealt with this emergency. They were two Angels during it and i absolutely appreciate their kindness and give them a 110% rating on customer care and kindness,, and she is actually still alive because of their quick response and with all my heart we appreciate...
