Snug Harbour — Attraction in Town of Verona

We were passing through and had a fuse blow on our boat killing one engine. Limped into Snug Harbor - they helped us dock and called for delivery of a fuse (which blew again)... a Monday after the holiday weekend - they were busy - but sent over 2 guys to assess the issue. Found a loose wire that was grounding and shoring out. Repaired rhe wire - replaced the fuse again - and sent us on our way with spare fuses.... cost : $0.00... they refused to accept any payment for the 45 mins of work. There never was a more deserving 5 star review on this...

We arrived for a family vacation with our pontoon in tow only to find docking wasn't feasible at the lakehouse we rented. The staff at Snug Harbour offered us the ability to rent a dock at a fair price with the flexibility to come and go as we pleased. The launch was easy to use and not too busy. Used the boat launch on Labor Day, very well kept, easy to use. Free parking was an awesome perk, self service made sense! Just wish there was someone there to make change and that the dock was a little lower as it was a big drop down to the jet ski....
