My experience with Hannoush Jewelers - Hudson Valley/ Wappinger Falls was and continues to be positively extraordinary. I could not have had a better journey anywhere else. My then fiancé purchased a gorgeous Simon G engagement ring setting with a 2 carat diamond as the center stone. He also purchased a diamond wedding band for me. I purchased an ArtCarved wedding band for him. From start to finish the attentiveness, personal care and integrity of the team - headed by Mr. Halpy and jewelers sets the bar to a difficult to reach level... truly they merit the GOLD Five Star award. The process was handled with zero sales pitches. Never were either of us “sold” on spending more or considering anything that we were not interested in. The total spent between us... including a couple of pieces from their full Pandora selection came to about $25,000.00. I am mentioning this amount only with the hopes to drive the weight of this review deeper... I believe the more an individual spends... the more they expect and so the greater risk there is that some dissatisfaction, miscommunication or disappointment can be experienced... for us - $25,000.00 is A LOT of money. This jeweler was of the highest caliber and integrity. He was informed, patient, pleasant, warm, and relaxed - even in face of our angst. We wondered about so many things... including such a large and important purchase. We were concerned about the seriousness of it and making the right choices... Mr. Halpy and his team (Maryann, Jeff, Danielle, and Donna) really overextended themselves to support us every step of the way... I have had watches repaired by them, too, and frankly... when you are dealing with your high end watches... you want to feel confident when you leave them for repair... I assure you they sent my watches out... they advised when they were back and the amount charged was a pittance. I will only go to Hannoush. I hope you will, too. The best part? These amazing people embraced us as friends... they celebrated us and our plans, however simple, as if we were family. That right there is priceless. We are now married and bejeweled... super happy and with zero regrets... we sought the best and that’s precisely what we came away with. I can only hope you will seek this jeweler out for all your individual needs... they...

My go-to jewelry store!

Ever since my husband and I decided to buy our engagement/wedding rings from Hannoush, we buy all of our jewelry from them. The entire staff is so helpful, easy going, and accommodating.They do everything and anything they can to get you exactly what you and at a price your comfortable with. No one has ever tried pushing me to buy more or out of my price range. Any time I needed to order something, it has always arrived on time if not sooner than expected and always receive a phone call to pick it up whenever I can. Jeff and Danielle are usually the ones to help me and they are extremely personable and detail-oriented. Definitely a family-oriented business as they treat and care for their customers as their own. I enjoy going to Hannoush, as often as I can, because of their amazing staff.

The new location off of rt 9 is a beautiful building. Always clean, especially the display cases, and nicely decorated. They created a very comfortable and friendly atmosphere.

The quality of the jewelry goes unmatched! I can’t tell you how often I am complimented on my engagement/wedding ring! People are blown away by how shiny and bright my rings always are. When I got them cleaned and polished for the wedding, they were immaculate! Jeff did a wonderful job guiding us during our diamond shopping as he made sure we got the maximum quality we could get. I’ve even had close friends and family compare their rings to mine and ask why their’s isn’t as shiny as mine!

I’ve had nothing but a fantastic experience from the moment i walked into this location. My relations with Mike there at Hannoush started with my fiancé’s engagement band starting to loose it’s white gold color. Mike took great care with having it recreated in platinum and ensuring it fit her finger even better than before. It was without question to return to purchase our wedding bands. Again Mike went over all of our options not only professionally, but also as a friend. He was honest with what he had to share and never “pushing” us towards anything. He was very communicative during the order process since both of our bands needed to me made. I picked them up today and they are perfect. Mike was sure to have all the paperwork ready for me and went over everything with me before i left. I can’t say enough on how well Mike and his staff treat their customers. I will surely be returning for any jewelry needs...
