Taco Bell — Restaurant in Town of West Seneca

I was in the area and across the street at McDonalds picking up a diet coke when I noticed the Taco Bell across the street. As I've had NOTHING but problems with the other Taco Bell location down the street I thought "maybe this is the day I can actually get Taco Bell." I placed an order on the app and went to pick it up. For one, I was IMMEDIATELY greeted in the drive thru and the person was polite. There was no issue with having a mobile order and when I pulled up to the window I could see inside that there were only a couple workers yet despite that they were working hard and there seemed to be no issue, unlike the other location when there can be half a dozen people and they close the drive thru and still people are waiting 20 minutes for a single meal.

My order was correct, packaged, and ready! I didn't even know that's how mobile orders were supposed to be!!! The staff was real nice too! The location, from what I saw at the drive thru window, was very clean, immaculate really, and the dining area looked nice.

If I want Taco Bell I know I will bite the bullet and simply drive out to this location from now on since the service is completely different... and very appreciated. thank...

I’ve gone to this location for convenience numerous lunch breaks from work. Most of the time it’s competent and quick but within the last few weeks the new staff in the drive thru is just rude and unwelcoming. I’ve seen the young lady in the drive thru drop the change of the car in front of me and instead of being courteous and apologetic (even if it wasn’t her fault or not it’s just common etiquette) she just sassily shook her head and rudely said “well that ain’t my problem”. I’ve also waited at the order spot in the drive through for over twenty five minutes with no card in front of me. I get to the window, the same girl takes my payment and then tells me to wait out front for it to be done. That’s all fine but when she comes out front with the food to yell “who ordered this” and then jingle the bag like a pair of keys to distract a toddler. Then make all the other people waiting to get out of their vehicles to get their food at the front door from her instead of doing her job as a server to walk 10 feet to the persons car. Not happy with this location and their staff. Won’t be back for...

2-6-25. Went in at 1pm everything was perfect.

Last week, place was a mess, Pepsi was out of syrup, no sauce packets.

I've come to the conclusion sometimes it's the employees and lack of work ethic. However, I think management is mostly to blame at this location. Two, that's it. Two employees are expected to take the order at drive thru and at the counter, make the food, run it out to curbside, stock the pop machine and condiments all while trying to provide good customer service. Ridiculous. For one, if you're going to only have two employees, you need to stop the curbside nonsense, you have a drive thru. I'm standing there waiting for my food while one of the two workers have to run outside and hand people sitting in...
