Technicians have been to my house a couple times over the past two (2) years. One for A/C and the other for Heat. Both were very accommodating, knowledgeable, and helpful.

All Installations are current, November 2023 **Week 1 - Heating Division crew (Matt & Rob). Very neat and clean installation.

**Week 2 - Electrical Division crew (Pat & Sean). Reviewed and understood our needs. We did dedicated service to our Laundry room and shed. Clean wall cuts and mindful of need to fill in drywall, leaving the end studs half exposed for securement of the drywalls edges. Very satisfied. Only part of job they don't do, I was told up-front, the drywall repair. Up to me.

**Week 3 - Plumbing Division crew (Craig & Joe). Experts in their field. They achieved my goals to perfection. Even brought my appliances up from the basement and checked all their connections.

Overall, this probably sounds like B.S.; but my wife and I are completely satisfied and pleased with their work ethic and concern. We got everything we wanted in a timely manner.

May ... Well, we had T-Mark back for yet another project, replace our A/C unit. Because we have the Energy Efficient Combo unit, the A/C's Air Handler Unit, had to be installed in the crawl space (attic). Quite a difficult task. The 3 Service Technicians handled it very well. Many thanks and much appreciation to Matt, Tom, and Sean.

I appreciate T-Mark enough to have recommended them to my brother-in-law. He had a New outdoor Generator installed, last month (April). All in all, good Company/great people!

Electrical Project Manager Joe Notaro gave me 5 STAR PLUS Service. He was very professional and informative. Told me what the cost would be before they started working and that was what the cost was after the installation no extra or hidden costs. Called to let me know when hisp crew would arrive. They did a GREAT job installing electrical box and lights. After the lights were installed I decided that I should have had more lights installed, Joe was out the next day giving me my options, educating me on the pros and cons of each offer and what the installation price would be. Then after I accepted the offer his crew was out the next day to install the additional lights. Next day service who ever hear of that in this day and age. I cannot say enough good things about this company. What really impressed me was here are your options here are your prices without the high pressure sales push. Here is what we can do for you and it was left up to me to decide what to do. Definitely will do business with again. Cannot say enough good things about this company...

I felt the price was way high. My existing shutoff valve had developed a leak. Please note the service expert that came was great - polite, clean and professional. The work to my eye was also first rate. However $357 for 30 minutes of work (I timed it) which included a shutoff valve, (2) 90 degree turns, some straight pieces which in total were no more than about 2 feet and around 4 copper crimps in 3/4 inch copper pipe I felt was way high. Certainly on the highest end of labor rates out there. He had to go and get some materials from a local supply house also which I thought was strange because it really was standard stuff. Once the guy is there you are kind of stuck because you have to pay the service call fee anyway so you can’t really shop the price around. I have a great electrician and heating guy I use. The search continues for a plumbing person. Next plumbing repair I will be inquiring about how the labor rate is charged if it’s a company I have never...
