Arc'teryx Woodbury Outlet — Attraction in Town of Woodbury

I gave it a 3 star because Arc'teryx is Arc'teryx, they offer no discounts so why give the false pretense that they sell out of an outlet when there prices are exactly the same as if they were selling on 5th ave. in Manhattan, N.Y. Outlets are for discounted items, someone should tell Arc'teryx. It defeats the fact of an Arc'teryx at an outlet (Woodbury commons NY) if retail is till being charged. As for the product, quick synapses....I took a 70 foot drop of a trail over a bevy of boulders, broke 3 ribs in the course of it all as my rib cage kept slamming and sliding on the 'boulder field'...I was cruising (sking) when a binding blew and that's when I decided to go 1 on 1 with the 'boulder field' but my Arc'teryx ski shell bounced and poked over the boulders getting scuffed and dirty in the interim, but the most amazing thing was witnessed. The trajectory over the rocks would have shredded any other shell to tathers, but my Arc't held up without so much as a blemish in the integrity of the shell. Guess that is why they cost so much, your paying for the technology and tuffnes... hope the...

I got great knowledgeable staff who were experts on the products they sell. I've been here a billion times & although this is one of my favorite companies on earth... the styles of late weren't to my taste. These jackets & gear aren't cheap by any stretch of the imagination. They are super expensive but quality craftsmanship & a company that stands behind their products aren't cheap. Spend quality, Buy quality, Get quality. The designs this year however, I wanted to leave with half the store. Thank God they make large sizes in woman's (they have the best selection & color variety in woman's & hence I bought a woman's jacket out of color selection preference) & as luck would have it, the second I walked out of the store (literally) it downpoured in sheets of rain, sleet & hail. I was dry & comfortable... laughed & gave a thumbs up to the staff & walked through the plaza in the storm...

LOVE THIS STORE!! Amazing selection of women’s clothing!! Customer service OUTSTANDING & so helpful if finding correct size! I was here for an hour and this store was so busy!! Employees were so kind to every customer that I noticed. Dressing room was very clean. Arc’teryx you are in a league of your own! Keep making outstanding products and taking care of your customers! If you are reading this trying to decide if these products are really worth the investment then stop reading go make your purchase!! Buy one now you will be hooked I promise!! If you take care of your items they will last years!!...
