COACH Outlet Men's — Attraction in Town of Woodbury

Today I went Coach store at woodbury ( Feb.15.2016). I was about to purchase the men's wallet at 8:50pm and the store was supposed to close at 9pm. My sister was shopping at the other store which was located far from the coach store because we didn't have enough time until the mall's closing hour. Since my sister wanted to pay for me I tried to use her credit card but the staff asked me to get her to the store which makes sense. So I asked staff to wrap the stuff while I go to get her and she said yes. Then I ran to my sister in snowing weather all the way down to the other store and got her. Finally my sister and I arrived at coach store at 9:02pm but the staff made hand sign "it is over/ close" and didn't even come out to explain the policy of store or something. It was really rude and I felt being insulted by them. They should have warned me if I cannot get to store by 9pm I cannot purchase the stuff. Then I wouldn't try to come all the way down there. She said she will pack the stuff in gift box while I am going to get my sister and then just showed me rude hand sign without any explanation. I cannot believe Coach staffs have done to me. I understand asking me to get card holder to come and it was my fault but the things they have done to me after that, I cannot understand them at all. I thought Coach is high quality brand and they train their staff really well. But what I experienced today just changed my mind totally. I'm very disappointed by service of...

A shorter guy at the shoe area was trying kick me out of the shoe area because I was there waiting for my family to shop. The area isn’t busy, 2 people were trying shoes, I was sitting next to them, when the sales person opened boxes for them to try on, he put it on my arm rest, and pushed my arm away….. he could have asked nicely even though there were plenty of room, I would understand and moved away.

I moved anyways because he was very rude, but when the couple left I sit back down, and asked him is it ok, for me to sit without him shove everything at my face, he said “well the area is suppose to for people how trying shoes on only. “ and walked away.

It’s a shame cause all the other associates there were very friendly and helpful, just that one person that has attitude brings...

My husband ordered me a bag online for Christmas, i returned it after the holidays because the bag was too big. I went online and ordered another bag for myself. After two weeks, Coach returned the bag to me saying the bag was dirty and they would not accept my return. The bag was brand new and had never been used. I called customer service and they asked to send the bag back again and they would take another look at it. Terrible customer service and would not purchase another bag online. I don't even think they looked at the bag just returned it to me and told me too bad. I'm waiting for the rep to call me about my refund. We'll see...
