I had a horrible experience in this store. I was called to the first register to make a payment, but the computer was not working. They then moved me to the second register, which was still not working. Finally, they moved me to the third register, which also did not work. The XL-size white skin lady showed up and started fixing the computer in front of me but never said a word to me. I was standing there and was ignored for 10+ minutes while the other four customers behind me on the line had been checked and left. So I asked her can you put me on the next available register? She said," You didn't see we are having a technical issue? What can we do? " and sounded like it was my fault for asking. I answered her," Yes, it's your technical issue, your operation incident, but your customer didn't do anything wrong; at least you can communicate to me first then move me to the next available register instead of hold me here watching you fixing computer and ignore me, you shouldn't treat your customer like this; I need to speak to your manager". She said " Oh I am the manager, and I am telling you now you have to wait, you shouldn't talk to me like that." then she left. It's incredibly unprofessional, and I wonder why a person who totally disregards customer satisfaction can be a manager. She literally argued with her customer over the case caused by their own store's technical issue. The whole thing could be as simple as putting me in the next available register, but she chose to hold me there and watch her fixing the machine, never tried to communicate with me and let the other customer who's on the line behind me kept going for check out. Read moreThe store has great deals but the things on clearance were supposed to be the lowest marked price and 40 precent off of that. I tried to get two shirts but one rung up as the wrong price. It was not the lowest price 40 precent off. I went back in and decided to return the shirt. It rung up as the lower price when I tried to return it. The guy at the register said that he could not change what was in the computer. He tried to refund me less than what I had actually paid. Read moreI went to the Levi's store located at The Woodbury Commons today and I felt humiliated , I had my kids with me and they could not move that a Sales person would tell them: "don't touch, don't, don't" and after a lots of don'ts with them not doing anything wrong I left the store without buying anything! On top of that I could not touch anything because the same sales person told me that she had already organized the store and it was not time for the store to close, it was 6:00pm!
