Iâd like to preface my review thanking Under Armour as an organization for supporting and acknowledging healthcare workers during this unprecedented time. UA is my go-to for 90% of my purchases for my children and husband. I have been in the medical field for over a decade and as a business owner and medical provider, thank you on behalf of all of us. My review has nothing to do with the brand rather everything to do with the unprofessional, rude manager at this UA store. We are vacationing in my husbandâs hometown, and one of my sonâs first requested stops was the UA outlet store to spend his shopping money. Advertised in big bold wording on the window is the 20% off for all healthcare workers that has blessed so many of us in the medical field. After waiting 20 mins to get in the store followed by my sonâs purchase selections, we were told by a kind sales representative to discuss details about the healthcare 20% off special with the manager. Walking the store looking, we finally stumbled upon the manager who was having social hour with another male employee obviously irritated we interrupted their happy hour. Now, I didnât catch his name but he is a bald, middle aged man who was working on 10/3 around 1pm. I proceeded to show him my Nurse Practitioner license and drivers license asking for instructions on how to proceed forward with the promo advertised. In a rude, condescending tone he repeated over and over I did not have the proper âlicenseâ to qualify for the promo and he would not give it to me. Not only did he refuse to look at my state registered nurse practitioner license, additionally in front of my son he continued to argue with me that I did not qualify, again stating I did not have the proper license over and over. Upon asking him to clarify, he proceeded to say âmy sister is a nurse and she has a hospital badge. You donât. We have specific training to only accept badgesâ. I told him I am self employed and do not possess a badge. Again, belittling and rude, in front my child!!- he stated I do not qualify. I was so shocked and disgusted I called UA immediately to report his hostile behavior to which they graciously apologized instantly giving me 40% off. This disgusting individual has no place working for such an amazing brand much less being employed as a leader for the company. Please UA, read the reviews that are 1-2 stars. They all echo the same concern-poor management and customer service. I hope this review sparks investigation into the awful manager at this location sparing all other selfless medical professionals or anyone alike from receiving the same disrespectful,...
Read moreMinus ZERO- I had to click a star to be able to get the post option by Google. Disrespectful Staff and Incompetent Manager: I went to shop there two days ago. I asked a staff memebr there if they have the size that I was looking for ather than the manikin. The staff first gave me the rooling-eyes being upset that I asked for help. He went "unillingly" to check in the back of the store then when he came back he passed by me and I asked "did you find it" while he was walking "passing me"- He replied after he passed me without even turning his face or bothered to stop:'We don't have it" with very disrespectful attitude. I replied "Excuse me" calling for his attenion to at least stop and talk to me respectfully; he replied again "while moving and more disrespectful tone" "WE Don't Have it".... I asked another staff to call the manager, then a young manager came in and after I explianed that I have a claim and told the detailes as it happened; then the manager reply was "I am sorry." I asked "what's next?" he couldn't even express a word! I asked "what could be the store policy for disrespecting their customers?" he replied " he will be talking to"...long story short: this store had about %10 load comparing to the other big sport brands like Addidas and Nike in this outlet that day- AND THEY COULDN"T HANDLE SUCH SERIOUS ISSUE, UA HAS REAL ISSUE WITH IN TERMS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. I experienced three staff that day (Floor Assistant, Manager, and Cashire) They ALL had the exact same careless attitude, which means either "Store Careless Culture" or "Company Careless Culture". UA you really need to train your staff on "how to deal with customers with care and respect" otherwise, you could say good bye to your STORE or Company interms of sales-----I am not sure how could you miss the bad sales record of this store and it is hard to miss by bare-eye if anyone from the management bothered to visit. UA Invest more in training your careless staff or revisit the...

I went to this store during the 4th of July sales and it was hectic.
Items moved by customers, especially shoes, were not well reorganized by the associates. This was a huge issue since there was the "80% off on certain shoes equal or under the price of the promotional shoe" promotion, except it was rather unclear which shoes applied towards it. Some shoes that didn't apply towards it had the promotion signage under it, which lead to more confusion.
Another major problem with the store is that cashiers need to learn when to skip folding all neat and well when there are only 1-2 cashiers at the front and 10+ customers waiting to get checked out. I do not frequent the store but this was a major struggle when I did. I waited in line for 10-20+ minutes simply to come into conflict with promotional items and misinformation. Regardless, I understand being neat and tidy is important for company image and etiquette, but people have shopping to do, which is especially true at a place...
