purchased a pair of LeBron 12s $200+ they started ripping at the seams shortly there after. Nike corporate did nothing for me the first call, literally left me feeling like the sale was made so now it's my problem. Horrible training, got a survey did not spare any details. Nobody got back to me so I called corporate again, still not very helpful but at least the 2nd rep placed a complaint to the manager of the store, which at least gave me a little traction. Feeling helpless and betrayed as a life long Nike supporter, I was not expecting Stephanie Molina from Woodbury Nike to call. She really was what I wanted in a time of distress. Professional, sympathetic, upbeat, and efficient. She made me feel like she would not stop till I was happy, she found a replacement pair from a store out of state, arranged a credit/shipping with that store and literally called me at least once a day to make sure the process was easy for me. Stephanie Molina is the reason Nike Woodbury is my go to store even if it's an hour away. Thank you Stephanie and the Nike team at Woodbury commons for taking care of customer 1,000,967 of the week.
