When I visited this store recently, I encountered an employee who exhibited a lack of professionalism and was unhelpful.

The employee was a big and half-bald white guy wearing a glasses and earring. he seems to have no desire to sell products to customers.

Last time, I politely asked where he got the nice clothes he was wearing, and his response was extremely rude, saying 'No. You'll not find it.' Later, I found the clothes in the next aisle. Today, when I asked if there are only men's sizes in this section, he replied with irritation, muttering that he's tired of answering the same question every day, right behind my back. Maybe he assumed I couldn't understand English. This behavior has left me feeling disheartened all day since last visit.

It seems like this store has a racial discrimination issues. Without appropriate employee training and measures, this situation could escalate into a more significant problem...

If I could give them -5 stars, I would. My husband went into this store on Saturday and received the most terrible customer service from the custom jacket sales associate(s)

He spending upwards of $700 on his purchase, and was met with annoyed sighs, rolled eyes, and annoyed looks about the process.

The managers didn’t provide him much solace about the terrible service at the time other than making an accommodation to have another sales associate help him create his custom jacket. This didn’t stop this original associate from THROWING his finished jacket at him when he went to pick it up.

After receiving the jacket, we found that she sewed the pockets shut, probably intentionally. So the product we purchased is not fully functional.

Needless to say, if you’re looking to be treated with respect, I would go elsewhere to spend your money....
