BG Autographs by BG Entertainment — Attraction in Town of Yorktown

I went to the mall with my girlfriend and friend. The mall is pretty dead so when I saw this store I got excited. Where I am from, there isn’t a sports memorabilia store with a bunch of basketball stuff. Was greeted at the door asking if I was looking at anything specific. I told them I was just looking around. It was cool seeing all the basketballs singed by players. I was 100% interested in the signed kuzma 2020 championship ball but kept looking around. I then went over to openly hanging signed jerseys and then (who I am assuming is) the manager loudly asked the same question. I respond again and then he responded saying not to touch anything and how the jerseys weren’t meant to be put on because they are expensive. I don’t know how dumb this guy thought we were but there’s no way I’m paying for a signed jersey to wear it. I apologized for touching them but again they were openly displayed on racks in the middle of the store. He basically asked if we were buying anything and if we weren’t to just take a business card and look on the eBay. I felt extremely disrespected as a basketball fan especially after I was talking about how cool the store looked to my gf. Like I mentioned before, I am not from the area but I definitely would not come back again. Being a dead mall, I found it crazy how he talked to us. You would think they would be excited to see 3 people walk into their store. Maybe he profiled us and thought we were stealing idk but if I could give a 0 star review I would. Would like to add that he kept on yelling at his employees while we were in there. Don’t come here or shop...

Bill and his staff are top notch! Great work and quality products. My son and I have been going to many of his meet and greets. For the ones we couldn't make, he accommodated us with personalized items. If you’re looking for a jersey to wear to a game or a cheap replica signed item for the holidays, go to Amazon. If you’re looking to build your collection with a quality, certified, personal experience this is the place to be!! High end products with a hometown feel!!!

Great give backs on silent auctions for golf outings, charity/corporate fundraisers, too!! They kick back a percentage of sales to the cause!!!...

Just like everyone in the comments these thieves basically stole my money. I ordered what was suppose to be a $500 aitographed item as a xmas gift for my 5year old. Its been 15months and never got it. Its obvious these scumbags are giving everyone the run around and refuse to refund anyone. I suggest anyone currently going thru this problem to FILE A DISPUTE with your bank ASAP within 2 weeks no matter what the scumbags tell you because these thieves will keep telling you to be patient where it will pass the dispute timeline and nothing will be done. Or to make things easier DO NOT USE...
