Sutter Gould Medical Foundation — Attraction in Tracy

So many problems with this group !! Is terribly bad!! I have insurance and they just don’t do their job good to figure it out my bills with the insurance. I’ve been since December dealing with bills that come so high and my insurance will pay but someone doesn’t do the job good in the area to resolve the situation so all the time I have to call my insurance and see what is going on. I don’t have problems with Standford, no problems with private doctors or specialists JUST SUTTER!!! They need to hire a way better employees so people don’t deal with this. Really don’t come here !! The place is new and modern and the attention is ok but not the best that you can have. My baby came and the doctor Daysi Jones was ok but maybe she could be listened me more and give me better suggestions like doctor in general for my daughter. She was just nice but I think she could try harder. I said ; “ she has kind of allergy what can I do for that ? “ and she said:”the ..... medicine for allergy that you can find in Safeway” well she should give me a little note about that and not just tell me the suggestion if I really couldn’t understand her so much because English is my second language. The doctor visit was fast and they seem like just with some time for the patients.

I rarely write reviews.. Maybe only 3 or 4 times ever in my life have I written one, but I need to make this known. Sutter Gould Tracy (maybe Sutter in general) is Quite possibly the worst medical facility I've ever had the displeasure of being associated with. If I could rate this facility -5 stars, I would. Every singly time they simply take your money and solve nothing. Wait times for basic check ups are atrocious. I had to tell a nurse how to take my blood pressure. Had my PCP tell me to try holistic medicine. and nothing ever gets done, I have to call countless times for a specialty appointment to me schedules after jumping through hoops just to get them to give me a basic phone call to schedule an appointment.

I had health issues for months, had my PCP recommend me 2 MRIs, bloodwork, an EMG, then she flat out told me there was nothing she could do. I get a second opinion from urgent care and they give me a basic physical, touch my neck and tell me my thyroid is swollen. I go back to Sutter and tell them what the other doctor said and asked for an ultrasound. Turns out they were right and I had a goiter. All of those expensive tests when all any physician needed to do was give me a basic physical.

Stay far away from here. Sutter Gould is the grotesque amalgamation of everything wrong with both the healthcare issues and modern incompetency crisis that...

I am shucked with the experience with this institution.

The most OUT OF TOUCH AND UNKIND “professional”.

I saw a so called doctor Jaspeed Dhami and Ross Caulfiled. Both doctors were rude with not care of interest for the issues and symptoms I was trying to addressed.

They both were bother of the fact that I had brought a full body MRI from another group of doctors to be evaluated.

They both question the MRI as if was a scam or something…

The female doctor just didn’t even want to deal with me. She was there just to do her routine and leave the room. Like a robot… here is your list of test and get out. She was aggressive and at some point left me in the room just because I told her that she was being out of touch and stubborn about my health concerns.

The male doctor was any better. When he saw me the next day, he already knew all about the issue I had had with the female doctor the day before, so he came ready to be rude an reinforce that all the issues that the MRI had shown was not relevant with their practice here at the Sutter Health.

I asked for a stool test and he completely refused to do it. Incredible.
