Crown Trophy — Attraction in Tredyffrin Township

Communication was far too casual and unprofessional, especially considering we were willing to order and make payment as soon as possible. We couldn't even get timely quotes. It took over a week to get any response, and after my follow up, they finally replied, but completely ignored the actual questions asked. They failed to deliver quotes within the promised timeframe, which caused unnecessary delays on our end. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and reliability. I didn't use them based on this experience.

I used Crown Trophy to purchase a trophy for my fantasy football league and found EXACTLY what I was looking for almost immediately. Everyone who worked there was extremely friendly, helpful, and most importantly efficient. I worked with Erik Christensen and he was able to show me a variety of options as well as great prices that I could not find anywhere else on the Main Line. I am definitely going back to them for all other trophies for our league, and I highly recommend their services. This was some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Erik J. Christian did an amazing job helping me create custom championship rings for a golf trip I planned. Not only did he keep me updated the entire time but he went above and beyond to get me the rings in time for the my trip. They came out amazing!! 10/10 recommend this place for your trophy needs....
