Neopolitan Delicatessen & Restaurant — Restaurant in Easttown Township

I have to give one star and be dishonest because I don't think I can give no stars. If I could, I would. Food was ordered at 1030 am, expected to arrive at 1145. So I called at 1145 and the girl on the phone had mounds of attitude and refused to answer where the delivery man was. 20 minutes lqter, food had still not arrived and I called back. Girl again had rotten attitude and told me she would call me back after she called the driver begrudgingly. Never called me back, driver arrived 15 minutes later. After the worst service I've ever received, the food was cold, soggy, and our 'Belgian waffles' tasted like a freezer eggo waffle and did not come with syrup. They did thoughtfully however include a small plastic container that was empty except for a little residue of butter on the bottom. The older lady on the phone should've been mature but instead told some other younger girl to call for us, which did not happen. Threw the food out, going to Taco Bell now instead. No apology from the staff and when I said I wanted a refund they told me they 'don't do that'. Never order from this place if you value your...

This place has horrible customer service and a horrible owner. Both the owner and employee are rude. My co worker and I ordered food from there for lunch and we regretted the decision. The food was cold and the cheese fries were not even cheese fries. It was fries with a slice of cheese melted on it. We had called to express our dissatisfaction and an employee gave us attitude and said he could not help us because he was not the one who delivered it. After finally getting a hold of the owner, he said he would compensate us with a new order but then said the only thing he would do was give us $4 off the price. He said we should not expect our food to be warm or fresh because we were 5 miles from his place. I even looked up the distance and we were only 3 miles from his restaurant. He did not apologize for the food or even for his rude employee for that matter. I will never order...

If I could give this place a 0 I would, I ordered a sausage sandwich and they sent bacon , and we got a couple coffees and we went to pour there creamer in and it was one chunk like it was 5 years old, we I called and all he did was argue he said the 3 egg sandwich always comes with bacon even though we ordered sausage, and the creamer he opened one so he said and it was fine , all this place had to do was say we are sorry let us bring you another meal like every other place would do and all this could of been avoided, stay away there are much better places around like first watch , we are headed there now after this horrible experience…here’s what u have to look forward to...
