My wife and I had been needing to get our wedding rings resized. We had put it off for a while not knowing how expensive that would be to get done, and not knowing the best place to take them to have it done. After doing a fair amount of research online we decided to visit Agnew Jewelers to at least get a price quote on how much it would be. We went and and were warmly greeted by their associate and explained what we were there for. She took her time to look at our rings, a total of four...my wedding band, my wife's original wedding band that had been soldered to a wrap after our wedding, and another plain gold band she also wears with the set. She took the time to measure each ring and also measure our fingers to determine the ideal sizes we would need, asking us questions about the fit and feel. We were pleasantly surprised when she quoted us $175 to resize them all and providing us an estimated two week turnaround time. We went ahead and decided to go ahead with it right then. Two weeks later to the day I called in the morning to check on them, we were a bit anxious to get them back, and they said they were hoping to have them completed by the end of the day. They called later that afternoon to let us know that they were ready for pick up. The craftsmanship on the resized rings was fantastic, you'd never know they'd been resized at all. We are extremely happy with our experience with Agnew Jewelers. If you're needing to get rings resized and have been putting it off like we were, stop.
