The only reason I considered this place was because of the online reviews and based on the average customer consensus I expected my experience to be no different. I’ve worked in sales for the last 14 years so I’m no stranger to the service industry & how it works however when I initially walked into the store I greeted, stated my name and also reached out my hand to greet whoever the old guy is and instead of being a professional by returning the gesture of a proper hand shake like most people in the service industry operate through a form of customer service he rejected the notion and did a reluctant fist bump. That In itself rubbed me entirely the wrong way a great deal. I almost reconsidered walking out and I no longer wanted anything to do with this guy the duration of the time I spent in the store. If it wasn’t for the sales rep Tania I would’ve left and decided to spend my money where I felt it would’ve been more appreciated based on the initial interaction. I’m 32 years old and married so I’m there to buy my wife a nice Holiday gift. Maybe the guy has had bad experiences with people that look like me, maybe being a professional & shaking hands isn’t his thing, or maybe he just has a problem with young black guys. Either way it’s no excuse to make the customer feel that way when your business relies on the sale of a product that you have to offer. I can’t put a finger on it but all that I know is that it did not sit well with me and I now second guess if I will give anymore business to them or even recommend this business to anyone else that I know. All in all I did purchase a nice pandora bracelet and charms to accent it with and the I really appreciated Tania’s level of professionalism but the old guy left a really bad taste in my mouth. Not to mention he didn’t even bother being cordial to any degree until he realized that I actually came there to conduct business by making a purchase. Not a good look old man NOT ACCEPTABLE. I...
Read moreStaff is very friendly here. The older gentleman spoke to me with enthusiasm. They have a fairly large selection of diamonds, however almost no selection of high end watches. They do carry their own brand- Guille I believe it was called. Some of the pieces were fairly nice but they were all swiss made quartz powered watches. They carry one automatic model which was heavy and bulky and way overpriced for an unknown brand at about 2200 dollars. The movement was a fairly simple Seiko automatic movement that can be found in 4 to 5 hundred dollar price ranges...I went in to look for Rolex's- they had a single ladies datejust available. If you want to go for diamonds, they're are plenty of those, if you're looking for watches, this...
